Brand Identity.
Brand Identity is a key component in advertising, and one that is utilized more infrequently than it should be. The “brand” created here evolved over an extended period of time and to simplifiy has been over the last three years, split into the “general” brand and the “athletic” brand.
The “general” logo has evolved and its final design is trademarked, as is the athletic mark. In mirroring a more collegiate approach, the brand was expanded for media, print, and apparel, and guidelines were written so the the brand remains consistent across campus and by vendors.
I wrote the copy for both guidelines and “evolved” the final logos over time using their original designs.
